Cancellation and Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Registration Process:

  • Customers can cancel their vehicle purchase order before the registration process has started.
  • To initiate a cancellation, customers must submit a cancellation request in writing or via email to our dealership.
  • Upon successful cancellation, a refund will be processed after deducting a cancellation fee (if applicable). The specific amount of the cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation After Registration Process:

  • Once the vehicle registration process has started, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Customers will be responsible for the full payment of the vehicle.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made before the registration process has started.
  • No refunds will be processed once the registration process is initiated.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Any charges related to processing, administrative fees, or any other services availed by the customer prior to the cancellation request are non-refundable.

3. Important Notes

  • Registration Process: The registration process is considered to have started once the dealership submits the necessary documents to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) for vehicle registration.
  • Communication: All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing or via email. Verbal requests will not be considered.
  • Documentation: Customers must provide all necessary documents and information to process the cancellation and refund.
  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances, the dealership reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this policy.
